HOW I WILL WORK WITH YOU

Clients must send visual references.
I will always give you a rough delivery timeframe and will only send you an invoice after you're okay with the timeframe given.
Once payment is received I will work on your commission when available.
I will send you a screenshot of an initial sketch along with any relevant thumbnails. At this stage you are allowed to suggest for any adjustments to be made. Any proposed adjustments after this stage will result in additional fees.
Once the final artwork is approved, full resolution image will be delivered to the client through Google Drive. Please specify what kind of format you would want to be delivered. (i.e. Png, Psd)
Note: Albeit rare, I will let you know if I have any additional questions regarding your request for additional clarification. I will also let you know if there is any issues on my end that would affect the commission request deadline.

PAYMENTS

Upfront payment must be received in full within 48 hours of the finalized price that we have agreed upon. If payment has not been made by that time, I will assume you do not want to commission me anymore and therefore cancel the commission.
Payments will be made via invoice or card payment through Stripe (Paypall not available)

A sketch will be sent to the client once it is finalized. At this stage you can request small changes in the pose/expression etc. at no extra cost. Major changes to the sketch will incur an additional cost. Once I have started the painting process, any changes will require an additional fee.

Delivery will be done in 3-8 weeks.
Clock starts after the full payment has been received.
I do not work under deadlines as I tend to work on multiple projects at once. Additional rush fees will be calculated based on a percentage of the original quote in accordance to how tight the deadline is.

Commissions are for personal use only, unless we have discussed for an NDA commission in the pa. This also includes using my work as an NFT, putting it on the blockchain, or anything related. Commissions cannot be used for AI programs or for machine learning.
You are allowed to repost your commission as long as you include credit to my social media @tailong_yo.
You may not edit or alter the artwork without the artist's consent.

I am allowed to post the artwork on social media unless stated in the request. A privacy fee will be added in order to keep the commission absolutely private. I reserve the right to stream parts of the process (at twitch.tv/tailong_yo) unless otherwise discussed.

Although the chances of me proposing to cancel a commission is slim, I have the right to decline any commission requests and/or cancel our current commission request. Mostly this will be due to my schedule, or if I don’t think I can deliver well enough on your request, and/or decide that the client is uncooperative. If the cancellation occurs, I will refund in full if the commission was not started. If significant enough progress has been made, you will be partially refunded.
